Where is the summit venue located?

Nationals Park, conference spaces inside the stadium.

What workshops are available?

Cybersecurity, cloud, AI, govtech, consulting, entrepreneurship. Also sessions for non-technical roles in sales, marketing, and finance, with more to be announced.

When will the full conference schedule be available?

Early November. Incremental updates will be shared along the way.

Is the Summit only for technical professionals?

No. It welcomes tech-curious people, career pivoters, and professionals at all levels, technical and non-technical.

How can I network with attendees before the event?

Join the community on Discord. The official mobile app launches in November.

What are the dates, and when should travelers arrive and depart?

December 10 to 13. Arrive the morning of Dec 10, depart the evening of Dec 13.

Is there a dress code?

Comfortable, first-day-of-school vibe. The 2025 theme is Championships, feel free to show team pride.

How do I volunteer?

Volunteer applications open in September or October.

How do I become a sponsor?

Submit the sponsor form. The team will follow up within 24 hours.

How do I become a speaker?

Apply to speak.

  • Notifications on a rolling basis, all by Sept 15 at the latest.
  • Benefits include two tickets, VIP welcome, recording, prep, and lounge.
  • No compensation or travel reimbursement. Two complimentary tickets do not include media access.
Are there student discounts or scholarships?

No dedicated student discount. Scholarships for students will be announced in September or October.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, through Eventify.

  1. Log in and go to your Dashboard.
  2. Tickets → Sales Report → select ticket → View.
  3. Choose Re-assign and update the attendee details, then save.
Will food be available?

Food will be available for purchase. More details will be shared closer to the event.

When are companies in the Expo Hall?

December 11 to 12, 9 am to 5 pm.

Will there be shuttles between host hotels and the venue?

No shuttle service. Use rideshare or public transit.

Are there virtual tickets?

Virtual passes will be available after Thanksgiving. Access is through Eventify, with instructions sent by email.

Will sessions be recorded?

Yes. Recordings will be available 1 to 2 weeks after the event.

Does a pass guarantee entry to every partner event?

No. Partners control attendance. RSVP and arrive early, especially for free events.

Is there a host hotel?

Yes, Cambria Hotel Navy Yard. Room block links are active through November 20. Book before then.

Is there a career fair?

Yes. A two-day career fair, with companies selecting candidates for coffee chats and on-site interviews.

Will there be coat check?

No coat check. Plan to keep valuables with you.

When will headshots be available?

1 to 2 weeks after the conference. An email will be sent with access details.
